Will my insurance cover my visit?
We accept most traditional insurance plans that allow patients to choose their dental provider. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
We are also a partner with Metro Trade and Trade First.
Do you offer after hours appointments?
Dr. Michalak offers an emergency phone number for issues that may arise after business hours. If you are a patient, please ask for the number the next time you're at our office.
